Below are some of the most active groups in Charlotte tech community.

The ABD Society enables the conglomeration of knowledge between academia, business, and government. It strives to help develop educational programs that model effective data use and functional business strategies. This allows for members to enable data-driven decision-making as well as acquire exceptional analytics talent and leadership.

BLKTECHCLT is Charlotte’s first and only inclusive tech hub for entrepreneurs and technologists of color, serving as a one-stop shop for career development, startup resources, and connecting with the top recruiters in Charlotte’s tech community.

Charlotte Artificial Intelligence & Deep Learning’s goal is to congregate with data enthusiasts from all over Charlotte, exclusively online and discuss trending topics in the world of AI. They also regularly invite esteemed industry influencers and thought leaders who talk shop on all things data science.

NC TECH is a not-for-profit, membership-driven trade association and the primary voice of the technology industry in North Carolina. NC TECH’s mission is to foster growth and champion innovation in North Carolina’s tech sector, while providing a voice for the tech community.

Queen City Bytes (QCB) is an organization dedicated to supporting underserved or marginalized communities and groups by offering technical instruction, educational resources, and an environment where networking and mentorship are valued.

Women Who Code is the largest and most active community of engineers dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers. We envision a world where women are representative as technical executives, founders, VCs, board members, and software engineers. Our programs are designed to get you there.
